Each one of our team members have a background in care, they understand the importance of placing the right person in to a social care setting and ensuring our values based candidate selection is used.
Familiarising ourselves with a care setting we support is paramount to us. Getting to know the candidate and care setting equally, leads to a long and prosperous partnership. To achieve this, we offer for one of our experienced team members to spend a complementary shift in your home, to gain an understanding of the needs of the people that live with you and your culture of care. This way we earn first-hand experience as to what type of fit is needed in your home.
Our team is made up of Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and Quality Assurance and operates 7 days a week and during all Bank Holidays.
